Are you an Assistant Survey Manager with proven Rail experience?
 
Carrington West are seeking an Assistant Survey Manager with proven experience in the rail industry to join a leading rail contractor on a permanent basis.
 
Salary: Circa £40K
 
Location: Wessex
 
Requirements:
·SMSTS, CSCS, PTS, COSS or SWL
·Experience of NR_TRK_3100 Topographic Survey Standards
·Degree or qualification in Civil Engineering or related course
·Surveying knowledge with relevant experience in Civils, M&E, Geotechnical and rail disciplines such as PWay, signalling, telecoms and E&P
·At least 2-3 years rail experience
 
Responsibilities:
·Survey start up, planning, delivery and close out
·Report on the life cycle of all pre-construction surveys
·Work closely with, customers, stakeholders, design and supply partners to deliver surveys of high quality safely
·Lead Construction Manager to inform progress and ensure the safe and quality output for the surveys relevant to packages of works across the SMDF Framework.
·Where appplicable the Assistant Survey Manager will work towards Responsible Manager status and take lead when nominated as Survey Lead for packages of work.
