This is a great opportunity to work client side on HS2 and have the ability to define the strategic Asset Information Management strategy for the whole project!!

Job role:
·Making sure the Asset Information Management is ready for operations and ensuring info from supply chain is of high quality. Setting up standards and connection of what they need to predict failures.
·As  an  Asset Information Manager, you will  be  responsible  for  defining  and  delivering against the asset information objectives outlined within the HS2 Infrastructure Management, Digital Asset Information and Digital Engineering Strategies with a particular  emphasis  on efficient, effective specification and  definition  of  asset  data.
·Must have experience with client side work and digital information and asset information (essential.)
·This is a real strategic management position and needs some one with an outstanding background in creating corporate level strategy,  processes, asset standards in regards to information management. Within this strategic position there will be lots of stakeholder engagement and you must have the ability to communicate criteria set clearly to the supply chain.
·On top of the above you must have an excellent working understanding of asset standards and hierarchy and be able to take them through the full life cycle.
·Within this role you will be spearheading the search for a new asset information management system, so a good all round knowledge of different systems will be essential.
·Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques and any software programming language would be beneficial but not essential.
 
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of data management practices is essential;
- Knowledge of the requirements of BS/PAS 1192, ISO19650, ISO 55000 & ISO 8000-150;
- Knowledge of data analysis using a variety of data analysis tools and techniques is essential;
- Knowledge of data governance approaches is desirable;
- Knowledge of data quality processes and the ability to analyse and articulate the impact of change;
- Understanding of the influence that a data quality has on the asset lifecycle;
- Educated in a technical or numeric discipline to at least degree level or equivalent and/or a track record demonstrating professional development;
 
Type of experience:
- Experience running and coordinating large scale data systems and processes is essential;
- Experience developing and using performance measures to identify and resolve process problem areas is essential;
- Experience managing large corporate data stores and their related systems is essential;
