My client is one of Europe's longest standing architecture and building consultancy practices who work across a range of sectors including rail. They are currently involved on the Transpenine Route Upgrade and are looking for a microstation technician to join their team.
 
Location: Manchester
 
Rate: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum plus benefits
 
Job Role:
·Be responsible for the production of schematic, general arrangement and detailed drawings in accordance with the relevant standards and procedures
·Ensure quality of delivery when producing or updating CAD drawings to internal and/or customer standards.
·Design and specify all aspects of building/services in accordance with current guidelines, standards and regulations.
 
Requirements:
· 
·Proven experience working as an Architectural Technician
· 
·Competent in using Microstation Software
· 
·Experience of working on rail infrastructure schemes
