Job Title: Administrator
Location: Clevedon
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday and some flexible working from home available, 1-2 days
Salary: £ 21,000
Contract Type: Permanent
 
My client operates in the drainage and waste water sector and looking to hire an Administrator to support their site based operations.
 
In this role you will be covering a range of administration tasks relating to field based engineering teams who will be delivering drainage and waste water projects for water utility companies such as Welsh Water, Anglian Water, Southern water.
 
Typical tasks will include but not limited to:
- Producing work packs
- Updating internal data base with engineers hours, holiday sickness
- Report writing
- Diary management for the field team and your manager - eg booking meetings and training
- Generic office admins tasks
- Inbox management - Replying to clients and or email enquiries
- Stock management - Ordering supplies as required
- Telephone coverage for incoming calls as well as liaising with clients and internal staff
 
 
This role would be well suited for someone with a customer service or administration background that is able to work with computerised systems and processes.
 
 
On offer is a salary of £21,000 based on a 40 hour working week from Monday - Friday.
