2x Senior Planning Officers needed
Both Roles Fully remote (site visits NOT required)
£33-£35 per hour Umbrella rate
3-month Contracts
 
2 Local Planning Authorities in Eastern and Southern England are looking to recruit a Senior Planning Officer on a fully remote basis for a period of 3-month initially. Site visits are not necessary for either role, other staff members within the borough carry these out and upload photos/videos to aid in the report writing.
 
Both authorities are looking for candidates who can start ASAP and look after a mixed case-load of Householders and Minors - Major applications will not be assigned as part of the cases.
 
An excellent work ethic and pace are paramount for these roles. Both LPAs are extremely busy and require confident planners to grasp the case-loads make a real impact across the team.
