​Tristan is a Finance Team Leader in the finance team, responsible for overseeing the financial accounts and payroll teams. Since university he has had the opportunity to work in a variety of finance roles including data analytics, management accounts and FP&A. He is now progressing towards becoming a qualified Chartered Management Accountant with CIMA.

In his spare time Tristan enjoys running and painting miniatures.
