​Penelope is an Associate Consultant in the rail team. She supports candidates looking for roles within the design and construction sector of the rail industry across the UK, including major projects such as HS2.

​Whilst completing college education, Penelope quickly progressed to a managerial position within food retail and developed a passion for exceptional customer service. Penelope also has experience working as a sales manager in horticulture, involving the sales of specimen plants to the wholesale and retail market place. This allowed her to develop her relationship building skills.

Outside of work, Penelope likes to explore, travel, and take part in sports such as netball or skiing. Penelope values spending time with family and loves to play the piano.
