​Mia is a Framework Controller in the payroll team. She helps deliver timely and accurate payroll to our contractors on a weekly basis.

Before joining Carrington West, Mia worked in the IT industry as an HR and Operations Administrator. In this role, she handled finance and operational tasks, which helped her develop strong communication skills to provide a high level of support to our contractors.

When Mia is not working, she enjoys spending time with her friends, going out for food, and trying new restaurants. She also loves spending time with her horses.
