​Lucy began employment at Carrington west in September 2016, to support the compliance procedures as a Compliance and Administration Assistant. She has 3 years’ experience of assisting the support function within various businesses which demand a high level of customer service, efficiency and attention to detail.

Lucy has taken on the responsible for all aspects of Carrington West’s compliance including carrying out Internal and external audits, keeping abreast of relevant legislation, raising contracts and documentation control, customer care and IS09001 / ISO14001 as well as maintaining all day to day admin and regular office duties.

Despite the responsibility, Lucy main intention is to study part time, while working at Carrington West, to encourage progression within the business.
