​Isabelle is a Senior Consultant working in the transmission and distribution sector, specialising exclusively in contract hires for private sector businesses across both civils and live environments, whether this involves earthworks, drainage, or access tracks, through to cable jointing or OHL erection across the UK.

Prior to taking on her role at Carrington West, Isabelle gained over 5 years’ experience in recruitment within the finance and power transmission industries. She aims to use this to become an expert in her field and support both clients and candidates alike.

In her free time, she enjoys being active and spending time with friends and family.
