​Codie is a Compliance Apprentice within the shared services team. Codie joined the compliance team to support the compliance procedures, and other administrative roles, whilst completing her Business Administration Apprenticeship.

Before joining Carrington West, Codie completed and passed her pre-T Level business course at Havant and South Downs college, which involved learning about marketing, finance, and business purposes. Codie has previously worked in different areas in retail where she interacted with customers and gained confidence with her communication skills. In her spare time, she enjoys going out with friends, drinking tea, and going out for dinner.
