Not sold on Carrington West just yet? Here are some pics that'll show you what we're all about, and the kinds of things you can expect to get up to if you join the team.

Full Company Events

Enjoy a night-out with the entire company at the end of every quarter. That translates to at least 4 full company events every year - with even more scattered throughout the year. These can range from pub quizzes, to live music gigs and hired-out bars; all to reward the hard work and results of our people. We're proud to be able to have a laugh whilst getting the job done to the highest standards.

See what we've been up to below:

Giving Back to the Community

Carrington West is proud to offer one paid volunteering day for all employees every year, in addition to our standard annual leave. Our teams use these days for charity hikes, volunteering at local charity centres and much more. We also have a dedicated charity team who, in addition to their roles within the business, organise full-company charity events to raise money for our partner charities - including Mind, Rowan's Hospice and more.

Company Away Days

Our calendar is far more than a few paid nights out throughout the year.

There really is something for everyone at Carrington West; we attend Glorious Goodwood every year, and enjoy an afternoon at the races with our colleagues.

We host world-class speaker sessions during the year, with previous speakers including corporate athlete and motivational keynote presenter Brad Waldron, health and wellbeing consultant Celynn Morin, resilience expert Emma J. Bell and many more.

We also host a company-wide sports day for everyone who wants to flex their competitive muscles outside the office. Courtesy of the University of Portsmouth, we are able to use their Ravelin Centre sports hall for an afternoon of volleyball, basketball, tug of war and much more.

Leadership Development Program

Our Leadership Development Program (LDP) isn't just for senior leaders and managers; but anyone in the business who is promoted to a lead role, even if they don't manage their own team.

Through the LDP, our people build the emotional intelligence, strategic thinking and other skills needed to become leaders in their own right. It's our belief that no matter how long you've been in a role, there is always something new you can learn.
