Position: Planning Technician
Location: Southampton, UK (Hybrid Working: 3 days a week in-office)
Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience.

As a Planning Technician, you will be an integral part of their dynamic team, providing essential support in the planning process. Your responsibilities will include:
 
·Assisting with the preparation and submission of planning applications.
·Conducting site assessments and surveys.
·Drafting reports, proposals, and other planning documents.
·Liaising with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders.
·Providing administrative support to the planning team.
·Contributing to the development of planning strategies and initiatives.
 
Requirements:
 
·Relevant qualification in Planning, Geography, or related field.
·Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a consultancy environment.
·Strong understanding of planning policies, regulations, and procedures.
·Proficiency in GIS software and other relevant tools.
·Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
·Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
·Enthusiasm for learning and professional development.
