My client is looking to source a good planning officer who has experience dealing with a range of lower-level applications. Ideally, you will be able to hit the ground running and can start within the next 2-3 weeks.
 
You will be mainly working from home, with the exception of site visits and meetings when needed (so approx. once per week)
 
To be successful in this position you will ideally have/be:
·Access to your own vehicle or a valid UK driving license (for travel to and from the office and for site visits)
·A Qualified Town Planner with experience within a Local Authority Planning Department
·Comfortable working from home and using Microsoft Teams/Zoom
 
Carrington West Pay Rate - £35+ per hour
