Are you an experienced Clerk of Works looking for your next challenge?
 
Our client is seeking an experienced Clerk of Works with experience in Highways and Development Construction schemes to join them on a long term basis.

Key Responsibilities:
 
·Overseeing all construction activities on site and monitoring inspections.
 
·Ensuring all schemes are delivered on time.
 
·Monitoring the contractors progress against timescales and providing regular progress reports.
